International Archaeology Day Celebration, Saturday, October 21, 2017, 12pm-4pm

Please join us at the USA Archaeology Museum on Saturday, October 21st from 12pm-4pm for a fun-filled afternoon of archaeology activities for all ages! Help us celebrate International Archaeology Day and participate in various craft activities, try your hand at native games and spear throwing, learn about forensic archaeology, tour the museum and native plant garden, and see flintknapping demonstrations! You can also bring in any artifacts you have to be identified by our volunteers in our archaeology lab (no appraisals will be given). This event is co-sponsored by the Anthropology Club at South Alabama.
