Gem Show

Our show is always fantastic. It just gets BIGGER and BETTER every year! We usually have:

• 40+ gem case exhibits that will delight and amaze.

• 30+ dealers presenting gems, jewelry, minerals, fossils, and more for you to buy.

• Several live demonstrations of lapidary arts, featuring cabbing, wire wrapping, faceting, and more

• Half hour (or even 15 minute) door prizes that are included in your low admission price! Win all kinds of great stuff!

• Paid ticket prize drawings where you can get a separate chance to win something extra special!

• The University of South Alabama, Bishop state Community College and the University of Mobile are represented with displays and live people to chat with.

• A membership booth where you can talk about the benefits of becoming a club member, and then apply!

• Free parking (because we know you'd rather spend your money on rocks!)

• A food vendor, in case you get hungry!

• A real working gem sluice where you can find your own gems!

• A fun dig for the kids loaded with treasures and fun!

Start your Christmas shopping on "Black Friday" with us!!! Lots of jewelry for sale! Come and have fun! Our show is on the Friday, Saturday & Sunday following Thanksgiving every year. At the ABBA Shrine Center at the corner of Hitt Rd. and Schillinger Road in Mobile. The doors will be open from 2-7 on Friday, 9-6 on Saturday and from 10-5 on Sunday. Admission is only $3.00 ($1.00 off with coupon) and children under 12 are FREE with an adult!
